Successfully led the selection and implementation/transition to a new plan administrator for the
401(k), profit sharing and non-qualified plans.
Under direct oversight of the Plan Administration Committee and vendor relationship, the Harris
Profit Sharing and Savings Plan was named a finalist in the 2019 Plan Sponsor of the Year annual
award program that recognizes commitment and demonstrated dedication to plan participants' financial health and retirement success.
Developed and implemented a multi-year benefits strategy including changes in plan design and employee cost sharing, which successfully eliminated the potential for >$500,000 Cadillac Tax.
Launched innovative health and wellness programs, achieving a year-over-year increase in participation that positively impacted medical plan utilization, performance, and premiums.
Most recently, seamlessly rolled out a High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) with a Health Savings Account (HSA) to provide participants “choice” and the potential for supplemental retirement income.
