Inacay HRC was launched with the aim of helping leaders go from good to great, as well as assisting small to mid-sized organizations implement strategic HR processes that enable them to deliver practical results: profitable revenue, satisfied clients and engaged employees.

Inacay HRC founder, Gracie Inacay, has extensive experience building teams and practices that work as business partners enabling value-added connections between management and staff. She is also a Certified Executive Coach. 

Over the years, Gracie has developed a panoramic view of the enterprise while working across a wide range of industries - financial, insurance and professional services. She brings more than 25 years of experience leading effective HR teams, coaching executives, and successfully partnering with organizations to address overall organizational and HR strategy, as well as tactical and operational direction.

Gracie strongly believes in the power of cultivating an entrepreneurial, collaborative and agile team culture. As well as the importance of coaching, continuous development, mentoring HR professionals, and sharing her knowledge and

passion for HR and coaching.
